Candidate Referrals
Have you ever helped a friend, family member or acquaintance land a new position by passing their resume to a recruiter or by making them aware of an available opportunity?
At Snow Recruit we believe that you deserve more than just a ‘thanks’ from a recruiter who earns a fee from a match that you help make.
Our Candidate Referral Program provides the opportunity for you to earn between 5,000 and 25,000 Aeroplan® Miles when we collect a fee for placing a candidate that you have referred to us in the previous six months. The number of Aeroplan Miles you earn depends on the position the referred candidate is placed in, and rewards amounts are noted on each open position posting on the ‘Candidates’ page of our web site.
How do we define a candidate referral? For the purposes of this program, a referral is when you email us (referrals@snowrewcruit)the resume of someone we don’t already have on file, or when someone sends us their resume for the first time and notes in their submission email that they have applied at your suggestion.
Client Referrals
In Atlantic Canada a personal recommendation carries a lot of weight when it comes from someone you trust. This is why we are so pleased when our clients and friends put their own credibility on the line by recommending our services to others. To show our appreciation for this support we have introduced the Snow Recruit Client Referral Program.
Our Client Referral Program gives you the opportunity to earn 15,000 Aeroplan Miles when we collect our first search fee from a new client as a result of a referral you have given to us in the previous six months. Of course Client Referral Rewards are also earned when your recommendation of our Recruitment Consulting Services results in business within six months, however the reward amounts will vary depending on the size and duration of the consulting engagement.
How do we define a client referral? For the purposes of this program, a referral is when a company we have not already engaged contacts us to learn more about our services and indicates to us that they have done so at your suggestion.
