Bruce Snow, Managing Partner
For more than 20 years, Bruce has been dedicated to the success of Atlantic Canadian organizations by recruiting key members of their leadership teams and other high-impact professionals.
Based on Bruce’s recruitment expertise, he has been called upon as a consultant and trusted advisor to numerous clients facing complex challenges with their recruitment processes. Whether the need is associated with large-scale projects, or day-to-day operations, Bruce excels at developing innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
Based in Halifax, Bruce has a regional focus. He has recruited in all four Atlantic provinces, and has lived for more than a decade in each of Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
Beyond his experience in the recruitment industry, Bruce draws frequently upon the knowledge and perspective gained in previously held sales and management roles with one of the country’s largest private companies.
Bruce is a former President of the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia (now CPHR Nova Scotia) and is passionate about giving back to the community through his support of numerous local, provincial and national charities. As a volunteer Chair, Bruce guided the Recruitment and Selection Committee for the 2011 Canada Games, which was responsible for recruiting approximately 5,000 games-time volunteers in more than 60 different roles.
Raised in Newfoundland & Labrador, Bruce earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. He currently resides in the Halifax area with his wife, Carole, and their daughter and son.
Carole Léveillé-Snow, Partner
A native of northern New Brunswick, and an Alumnus of Université de Moncton, Carole is fluently bilingual in French and English.
Prior to joining the recruitment industry nearly ten years ago, Carole traveled extensively throughout Atlantic Canada during her extensive career in sales in the medical-surgical, consumer products and not-for-profit fields. Having served clients in all Atlantic Canadian provinces for several companies, Carole has developed a true appreciation for the unique challenges faced by organizations in various parts of this region.
By combining a sharp eye for detail, and a client-centric approach to business, Carole has developed a strong track record of consistently delivering for her clients.
Carole lives in the Halifax area with her husband, Bruce, and their daughter and son.
